Sfil Group has launched its first green transaction of 2023 under covered bondformat Caffil for an amount of EUR 750 million and a maturity of 5 years. Theproceeds of this green bond will finance eligible green investments carried out byFrench local authorities.

This transaction in the form of Caffil’s obligations foncières was launched with a maturity of 9 years and an amount of 750 million euros.

This first transaction of the year 2023 issued under covered bond format by CAFFIL has amaturity of 7 years for an amount of EUR 1 billion

SFIL Group successfully executed its seventh benchmark transaction of the year for anamount of EUR 750m and a maturity of 5 years. This green transaction issued by CaisseFrançaise de Financement Local (CAFFIL) in the format of covered bonds will finance eligiblegreen investments made by local authorities in France.
