On September 6, 2022, Caisse Française de Financement Local (CAFFIL) received authorization to use the "European Covered Bond Premium " label for its future issues.
ACPR, the competent French authority for the supervision of covered bonds, granted this authorization for both French law and German law (registered covered bond) issues.
Securities issued prior to July 8, 2022 will continue to benefit from favorable and preferential prudential treatment, in the same way as newly labeled securities.
Thus, obtaining this label allows CAFFIL to continue to issue covered bonds of the highest quality and with the most advantageous prudential treatment for its investors.
