CAFFIL has successfully launched its third transaction of the year. The transaction was issued under social covered bond format with a maturity of 8 years and a volume of EUR 750 m.

Caisse Française de Financement Local published its annual financial report for 2020.

CAFFIL has successfully launched its second transaction of the year. The transaction was issued under covered bond format with a maturity of 15 years and a volume of EUR 750 m.

The report on cover pool quality, consistent with Instruction No.2011-I-07, June 15, 2011, aims at presenting all of the assets comprising the cover pool of Caisse Française de Financement Local.

SFIL Group has successfully launched its first transaction of the year. It was issued under covered bond format by CAFFIL with a maturity of 10 years and an issuance volume of EUR 1.5 billion.

This report provides a complete description of the business for the third quarter of 2020. Caisse Française de Financement Local publishes annual and half-year financial statements ; this quarterly report does not, therefore, present any financial statements as of September 30, 2020.
