Equivalent guarantees in the sense of article L.513-5 are those that, as stipulated in the legislation applicable to them, grant holders of receivables benefiting from them the right to receive, directly or indirectly, the reimbursement of an underlying loan or a group of underlying loans that meet the characteristics defined in part I of article L.513-3 or article L.513-4 and the income from the execution of the guarantees attached to these loans, under the contractual conditions set when these loans were granted.
