In the event of receivership or liquidation proceedings of a company responsible for the management or recovery of loans, exposures, receivables considered as loans and exposures, debt securities, obligations or other sources of funds provided for in article L.513-2, on behalf of an SCF, the agreements that provide for management or recovery may be immediately terminated, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, and in particular the provisions of titles II to IV of book VI of the Code de Commerce.
