An SCF publish quarterly informations concerning the quality and duration of loans, bonds and replacement assets, referred to in Article L. 513-2, paragraph 2, I, enabling investors to assess the profile of the loans, securities, deposits and exposures to be financed as well as the associated risks.
They shall provide the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, on a quarterly basis, with information on their issuance of covered bonds and other privileged resources mentioned in Article L. 513-2 I, paragraph 2.
The lists of information mentioned in the first and second paragraphs shall be specified by order of the Minister for the Economy.
